Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days for metropolitan France and 7 to 10 working days for international delivery.

We ship via colissimo and DHL express, home delivery only for the moment.

- Do you have a store?

We don't have a store. samsoukka is only an online site at the moment.

- Do you do hand-delivery?

We don't do hand-delivery.

- Do you accept exchanges and refunds?

Samsoukka does not accept exchanges. You can nevertheless return the articles which do not suit you within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
